THE CANVAS IS A HAND MADE SOFT PINE CONSTRUCTION FRAME WITH SEVERAL SUPPORTS, WITH A COTTON HEAVYWEIGHT CANVAS, STAPLED SECURELY TO THE BACK.
NO SIDE STAPLING IS SHOWN. IT IS A BOXED FRAME WITH THE SIDES PAINTED ACORDINGLY TO THE PORTRAIT.
